Effigy cancel a grapple to the Admin and run away

1. Throw a bomb at the base of the ladder leading to the Administrator to aggro it. While waiting, equip Effigy and Orb and walk to the base of the ladder.
2. Grapple the Administrator and, just like with the turret into West Garden, activate the effigy in mid-grapple to cancel and fall inside the tower geometry.
3. As soon as you successfully cancel into the tower, menu to Sword, Dagger and Wand. Move to the northern edge of the tower and 3-hit combo to clip back out.
4. Descend the ladder and navigate to the bottom of the tower as normal. Head inside, grab the Lure, and pause/quit/continue.
