1. Climb to the bell and ring it with sword or wand. Climb down and grapple over to the tuning fork to the right. Grapple the Envoy off of the ledge.
2. Climb and run into the Forbidden Pass. Grapple to and power the first fuse. Run into Quarry and power the second fuse.
3. Save at the Quarry save.
