Open a door early, get items, and go to East Forest

1. Run south from the checkpoint until you see the mailbox, then head right through the grass and bushes.
2. Throw a bomb at the blocking bushes and roll through. Taking accidental damage here is not a big deal.
3. Type in the filigree door code (DRULUR) and enter the cave. Open all three chests (bits, Glass Cannon, and mana berries) and exit.
4. Navigate up the ladders and steps and into East Forest Bellower room. Drop to the save point and equip Glass Cannon while falling. Open the chest to obtain Stick and equip while exiting.
