Ice-grapple across the moat

1. Walk to the tip of the broken stairs and grapple to the NE tuning fork.
2. Run past the well and to the jagged tip of the moat by the drawbridge.
3. Ice-grapple the wizard to the left to cross the moat. Enter the Forest Fortress.
