Damage down along the way

Two options here, both with similar times:

1. Grapple up to the tuning fork NE of Overworld Shrine.
2. Grapple to the next tuning for to the east.
3. Target and ice-grapple the blue slime below.
4. Run to the group of slimes and damage down to critical.
5. Enter the Forest Fortress area.

1. Grapple up to the tuning fork NE of Overworld Shrine.
2. Activate the shortcut lever.
3. As soon as it pops up slightly, pause/quit/continue.
4. Run to the group of slimes and damage down to critical.
5. Enter the Forest Fortress area.
