On the way to the belltower

  1. Run through the forest toward the warp pad, dodging enemies as necessary. Head NE (up) at the warp pad and climb the ladder.
  2. Walk forward, bait the rudeling, and roll past them into the inside border of bushes and attack with the stick to set them all on fire. A well-placed swipe will allow you to roll to the next ladder. If not, quickly clear a path—you can easily die here at 1 HP.
  3. Run past the rudeling, up the ladder left of the gate, and past the bushes. Light the bushes on fire to bait an attack from the second rudeling and roll through the attack. Climb up the ladder and open the gate. The fire should dispatch the rudelings while you do. Climb down and go into the open gate.
  4. Once inside, open the right chest for 30 bits. Enter the next room to face the Guard Captain.
